Durban: Goodie Bags For Golden Steps School
Our Durban team prepared 211 goodie bags for the children and young adults at Golden Steps School in Cottonlands, Verulam. Each bag was packed with snacks, stationery and pantry items.
Golden Steps School provides specialised education, functional life skills and vocational training for children and young adults with severe intellectual, cognitive and physical disabilities. We were proud to support the incredibly important work they do within their community.
Johannesburg: Giving Back in Germiston
Our Johannesburg Gerber Paper and Paper Roll Converters teams joined forces to prepare and hand out 300 hot dogs to the homeless in the Germiston area.
It was a simple way for our teams to give their time, connect with members of the community and share a warm meal with those in need.
Cape Town: Supporting Centre Of Hope
Our Cape Town team marked Mandela Day by handing out hot dogs at Centre of Hope, a local community centre supporting members of the surrounding community.
Centre of Hope provides developmental programmes, social relief and preschool education, and we were honoured to support the valuable work they do.
