A Heartwarming Initiative by Gerber Paper’s Cape Town Branch
On Mandela Day, 18 July 2024, the Gerber Paper Cape Town team brought warmth and nourishment to the children of Vorentoe Primary School with a hearty soup initiative.
With over 30kg of fresh vegetables, meat, and other ingredients, the team prepared a delicious soup to serve the school’s 750 learners.
The day was made even more special by the donation of a printer to the school, made possible through a collaboration with our service provider, PhotoNote. This contribution will help support the school’s administrative needs, leaving a lasting impact.
The smiles and gratitude shared on the day made it a memorable experience for the Cape Town team, who were proud to play a part in honouring Mandela’s legacy. At Gerber Paper, we believe in giving back to the community and making a difference. This Mandela Day, we were reminded that small acts of kindness can have a big impact.
